Italian denim label, Cycle, features their 2011-2012 Fall Winter Campaign. This season explores the “Great Britain Tour” concept with destination Glastonbury. The Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts is the inspiration and iconic symbol of Old Europe that makes it a melting pot of styles and thinking among rebels and free souls. The imaginary tour bring is three themes: Tea Time, Royal Punk and Concert Camping.
Tea Time represents all that is purely British from a Victorian color palette. Menswear have dark hues and outerwear have heavy fabrics, chunky knits and micro patterns. Womenswear have warmer tones, tailored yet minimal outerwear designs, slim silhouettes and elegant combinations with silk dresses and blouses.
On the other hand, Royal Punk, is based on black and its different shades and hues. The motorcycle element fuses in with coated fabrics, extreme finishes and embellishments such as chains, crystals, mirrors and stains.
Finally, the mud concept is the center for Concert Camping. Mud is an element of color and design are blended together with Victorian rock patterns, techno materials and a survival kit ensemble for wet, damp or rainy days in Glastonbury.
